PEB H-Beam welding machine
Can weld up to as maximum job width of 1500 MM
Maximum flange plate width up to 450 MM and thick ness up to 32 mm
It is an twin nozzle machine where one fillet wire will do root.weld and other will do final weld simultaneously
Capacity of 20 MT per day and average built up of 40 per day of 12000 mm long.

Material Checking as per Purchase Order.
Material Checking as Per Material Test Certificate
Physical Material Checking (Straightness, Bending, Undulation & Rusted.
Fabricated material checking as per Drawing
Welding thickness checking by welding gauge.
welding joints checked by Dye Penetration Test.
If Required welding joints checked on third party like UT( ultrasonic test) & MPT ( Magnetic particle test).
Blasting Checking by Manual Surface Gauge .
Painting Checking by DFT Gauge .
